J&S Pizza, 1155 Carlisle St, July 20, Pass. Significant amounts of accumulation (of water) have been observed inside the main water bath unit, indicating that the unit is not draining properly and is not in good condition. The Deli slicer blade, a food contact surface, had food residue on it and was not clean to sight and touch. I observed that the inside of a large stainless steel mixing bowl contained dried food residue and was not clean to see and touch.

Borough of York Haven

The Haven Bar and Grill, 22 N Front St, July 20, Pass. The food establishment does not have sanitizer test strips or a test kit to determine the proper concentration of sanitizer. The soda gun dispenser in the bar area, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to see and touch.
