Covington Police are searching for a subject after inappropriate contact
IT’S CRAIG AND KENTUCKY ONE BLOCK OR MORE EAST OF MAINE STRASSE. YOU WILL SEE THIS BUILDING, YOU WILL ALSO SEE THE MAN WHO IS THE SUSPECT FLEEING FROM THE SCENE OF THE CRIME, WHO IS A FEW FEET FROM THE SCREEN. FROM A CAMERA ACROSS THE STREET, WATCH AS SUSPECT IN WHITE SHIRT APPEARS ON SCREEN IN PROGRESS. IT’S JUST WHEN I STOPPED SCREAMING, BUT IT’S NO LONGER A MOVIE AS A MEMORY FOR THE VICTIM. HE KIND OF REACHED OUT, ATTACKED ME REALLY AGGRESSIVELY, GOP ME AND THEN RUN AWAY. JADE THRASHER GOT HER FIRST LOOK ON VIDEO TODAY. SO YOU MAKE A SCENE AND HE RUNS AWAY. SHE SAYS SHE HAS NO DOUBT. IT’S THE MAN WHO HAS GROOMED HER. FRANKLY. I KNEW IT WAS HIM. NOT REALLY JUST LIKE HIS FACE, OF WHICH I ONLY HAVE A VERY BRIEF GLIMPSE BUT EVEN THE WAY HE WALKED THE WAY HE WAS BUILT EVERYTHING. I WAS LIKE, THIS IS THE GUY WATCH HOW THE VIDEO GOES. THE MAN SAW RUNNING AWAY TURNS AROUND THE CORNER WALKING BRIEFLY THEN RUNNING AGAIN UNTIL HE STOPS AND LOOKS AROUND THEN DISAPPEARS BUT SECONDS LATER REAPPEARS AND RETURNS TO WHERE HE WAS WAS RIGHT BUT SUDDENLY STOPS, STOPS AND RUNS AS POLICE. LIFE BUT REALLY SCARY ME THIS IS WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE POLICE WERE NOT THERE BECAUSE YOU SEE IT MINUTES LATER BACK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE IT ALL HAPPENED ABOUT A BLOCK AT THE IS OF MAINE STRASSE. IT MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING ANYWHERE ALONE. NO TIME OF DAY MATTERS BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO HAPPEN QUITE EARLY IN THE EVENING AS A NEW VIDEO GIVES A WINDOW INTO A VICTIM’S MEMORY. YEAH NOW THE POLICE ARE ASKING ANYONE KNOWING THIS VICTOR OR THIS CAL SUSPECT
