Launch the game on your device. Once the game screen loads, follow the steps below:
- You will find three icons on the the upper right corner from your game lobby, right next to the game resources. Tap the last icon from the right to access the Game Menu tab.
- The Game Menu tab has four tabs, namely, Options, account, equipment and Items. You need to visit the Account tab.
- Once you press the Account tab, the Account Settings menu will appear on your screen. Gently scroll down until you see the Customer Center option. To choose the Customer area option, press the Confirm button next to that.
- In the next step, the customer center menu will ask you to copy your member code as it would be needed to raise a query. Do this by pressing the Copy button then continue by pressing the Customer area button.
- This will redirect you to the Blue Archive customer support page. Press on Customer Center from the page options to access the help and support page. You will find that the developers have already answered many frequently asked questions and given solutions to recently reported issues/bugs here. To read them, choose the Frequently Asked Questions. If your problem persists or it’s something different, choose the to report a problem option by tapping on it.
- Next, you need to select the category of your issue from the listed options. Your problem may be related to in-app purchases, network or even account. Choose the one that matches your problem. If your problem is different, you need to choose the Other option.
