The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, has said he will contact Genevieve Nnaji amid rumors that the actress suffers from mental illness.
Rollas made this known in an interview with the Nigeria News Agency Tuesday after noticing that the actress had deleted all of her posts from Instagram.
The AGN President said he was unaware of Genevieve’s move on Instagram and promised to contact her to find out about her health.
“Maybe I should contact her since I just got this news from you now. I didn’t hear about it,” he said. NOPE.
Rollas added: “I will contact her to find out if she is safe or not after your call. I can’t just conclude with hearsay or rumour.
The actress, however, made her return to Instagram on Wednesday as she shared a video of herself painting on canvas.
This came shortly after unverified internet reports alleged the actress had been hospitalized due to mental illness.
The actress had recently deleted all of her posts on her Instagram page, raising concerns among her fans. It became noticeable on Monday and left fans worried about his continued silence on social media.
